Harmless launch
Open Up East Midlands Initiative Harmless will be launching their fantastic book, In Our Own Words on Monday 1st March in Nottingham.
In Our Own Words isa moving collection of stories, poetry and artwork from people about their experience of self harm, including close friends and family members of people who self harm.
The launch will have personal readings from contributors, a chance to buy the book and meet the Harmless team, and light refreshments. It will be held from 5-7pm at the Arts Theatre, Broad Street, Nottingham. For more information please email info@harmless.org.uk.
