I was only expressing my opinion
I have been accused of brainwashing but please NOTE WELL that I was just expressing my opinion on counselling and therapy might help some people might not help alot of people.
I just had an opinion that therapy might help otherwise no big deal its just my opinion.

its all about choices.
Hi Shuresh
Hi Shuresh,
we value your contribution on this site and all of our members are free to express their opinion as long as it is not offensive to others. If there is anything you are unhappy about and would like to speak to us in confidence, please get in touch - openup@mind.org.uk.
This applies to anyone reading this in fact - do let us know if there is anything about the site that concerns you.
antipsychotics
I would like to talk about combining Abilify with Zyprexa, and hear what others have to say about their experiences with a mix of meds.
Hi Bill, There is some
Hi Bill,
There is some discussion going on about medications on this thread but not specifically about mixing them. You could start a new group to see if anyone wants to join in such a discussion? Go to the Discussion Groups section and click on 'Create a new group' in the top right hand corner. Maybe start a group with a more general topic such as 'Medication' and then have a specific thread about mixing meds? (Just a suggestion of course ~ please do use the site in the way you think will be most productive for you)
Thanks,
Terese
Hi again - Just noticed that
Hi again - Just noticed that a discussion group has just been started, called 'Medication good or bad'. Maybe you could post your topic there?
New awakening
hi iam am constantly looking for new challenges, and looking at ways to get myself herd, whould welcome anywhere that i could recive, idears, advise , support, and help
complaint/legal help
How are you helen? I wonder if you could help but I'm now able and hence in the beginning of a fresh process to tackle mental health discrimination in university during my phd/research. This exacerbated my depression as well... So do you know if there's any specialist sources of help out there to guide me through legal action? Take care, Muzzy (or if there's a particular area of the website where i can find some useful info?)
a couple more documents
Hi Muzzy, our information officer sent me this and this a while ago, sorry I didn't put it up at the time! Hope you find them useful.
check this out
Hi Muzzy,
We wouldn't normally direct people away from this site, but I think this case might be an exception. I have contacted our information team to see if they have any questions but in the mean time have you looked at the following organisations:
Time to Challenge, our sister project in Time to Change, has just set up a website on tackling discrimination in employment. I think that your Phd would come under this category? You can access advice and support there.
Mind also publish information sheets on your rights in employment and how to deal with bullying at work which are updated regularly.
I would also recommend contacting the NUS if you haven't already.
If you want to talk to someone you can call the Mind info line on 0845 766 0163.
And you could try setting up a group on this website to see if any of our other members are in the same situation.
Good luck and I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time. Let us know how you get on. I'll leave another message below this one if I find out any more information that would be useful for you.
Best wishes,
Helen
I just thought of one more thing
I am currently studying part-time and I know there is a student rep for my course if we need advice on these matters. Are there any student advisers for your department you could speak to?
