Regional Network – Our Co-ordinators run a range of events locally, from rights awareness days to campaigns for better services. They work with people from many different backgrounds and communities – because mental health affects us all! Find out what’s going on near you.

Open Up Initiatives – our scheme offering support to people who want to set up anti-discrimination projects in their area. Find out more.

Media Action - we run media action groups for people who want to speak out about mental health in the media in three of our regions, and in the future we hope to expand these into a national network. Contact us for more information.

Your Stories - Open Up is co-ordinating the Stories and videos areas of the Experiences and Views section of the Time to Change website, a collection of real-life experiences from people who have done something positive to challenge the discrimination they have faced because of their mental health problems. Training - a ‘bitesize’training package for groups and individuals who want to tackle mental health discrimination. We will tailor these sessions to meet the needs of your group. Topics covered might include exploring your own experiences of discrimination, information about other civil rights movements and some first steps you can take to challenge discrimination.
